Robot can not pick correctly the parts

If your robot never reaches correctly your defined pick point, check these steps:

  1. Check that the hand-eye calibration was done correctly (calibration accuracy must be bellow 1mm).

  2. Check that the part height is correct, especially when using a special plate (refer to part height).

  3. Check that the camera and the Asycube surface are orthogonal and centered.

  4. If all the previous steps are already correct, it means that your working distance is not long enough. You must then increase the working distance. You will also have to redo the Camera configuration wizard to readjust the focus, check again if the camera is well centered and re-enter the new working distance.
