Vulnerabilities and update

Cybersecurity is a continuous process, and maintaining a secure system requires regular updates and transparent vulnerability management. Asyril provides the following mechanisms as part of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).

• Update policy: Asyril provides a cybersecurity support period aligned with the requirements of the CRA. For each product, the manufacturing year is indicated on the product itself. The cybersecurity support period ends in December of the sixth year following the manufacturing year (e.g., a product manufactured in 2026 is supported until December 2032).

• Advisories and communication: Customers are informed of relevant cybersecurity updates through cybersecurity newsletters. Integrators and End users shall register for this newsletter on our website to stay aware of recommended actions

• Vulnerability reporting: A dedicated contact channel is available to report potential vulnerabilities: security@asyril.com

By combining transparent communication with a structured update process, we help ensure that the product remains resilient to evolving cybersecurity threats throughout its lifecycle.
