Frontlight

These components are defined by Asyril according to customer requirements. CAD model can also be downloaded on the Asyril website.

All lighting is available on request. Please contact us.

Different types of lighting

For each camera, one or more types of lighting can be adopted:

• Backlight

• Frontlight - Co-axial diffuse lighting (DOAL)

• Frontlight - Flat dome (FD)

• Frontlight - Bars lighting

The Fig. 28 shows the different types of lighting available in standard configurations.

Dimensions

The type of frontlight depends on the size of your Asycube and the field of view of the camera.

Mounting the frontlight

The flat dome is supplied with six M6 bolts which can be inserted freely in the nuts around the whole circumference (on each side).

The strips are supplied with the mounting bracket, the cables and the M12 connector. The bracket is also used to mount the camera.

Frontlight must be mounted centrally close (5-10mm) to the camera lens.
